Question #9. May I review the documents/contracts that I will be asked to sign?

Absolutely! I will email you the contracts that are involved in the purchase and/or sale of real estate. This will give you time to read through the contracts and ask questions if you have them, before we put pen to paper. A home is the largest investment most people make. This process should not be rushed.

I also encourage you to go seek the assistance or others if you want/need to. You have your support network around you already, who may include the following: family, lawyers, accountants, financial planners, and I welcome them all. With a good support team involved, you will feel secure about your real estate decisions. I will bring to you the facts about buying and/or selling, and will help to guide you in what I think is a good investment (and I’ll let you know if I think you need to keep looking). But I do understand that in the beginning of our relationship, you don’t know me from the next REALTOR® down the street, so until you are comfortable with me and I have earned your trust, I will always be open with you bringing whoever you want into the process with you.
