Question #15: Can I search for properties on my own?

I will only be showing you homes that you pick out. I am not going to drag you around to a bunch of homes that I think you should look at. Now-a-days, we have access to a wonderful tool called the internet. And you can find a lot of homes there.
We work together as a team, a partnership. It doesn’t matter where you find a home, I can show them to you, and represent you if you decide that you want to purchase it.
I will be pulling all the homes from the MLS® search that we set up for you. If it is on the MLS®, it will come up in your search. However, if you are driving down the street and see a home that interest you, just write down the address, and let me know. I will pull the information, and let you know what that home has to offer.
